Hello from Coach Kat

If you’re interested in learning how to sharpen your basketball or soccer skills I am not the girl! I grew up going to dance and piano classes, athletics was not a big part of my life. I also grew up eating delicious Filipino food and a lot of white rice, I didn’t understand the importance of nutrition until well after college.

I knew I needed to make a change when I was trying to get pregnant. My doctor told me I was pre-diabetic and I needed to be more mindful of the food I was eating. I was in shock, I was scared, and totally confused. I thought I was already ‘healthy’ going to the gym somewhat regularly and eating real food, but I that wasn’t enough. Even though I was more conscious of what I ate and exercised several times a week during my pregnancy, I still gained almost 50 pounds.

It took me awhile to get back in the swing of things, find my confidence, and find the time for myself again, like all new moms go through. When I hired my own coach last year is when it all came together. I learned the most effective and efficient fitness and nutrition strategies to see fat lost, lean muscle gain, and more energy!!!

I’m now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, SFG1 Kettlebell instructor, & Certified Precision Nutrition Coach! My goal to help as many working women like myself reach their true potential through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. My mission is to end the diet mindset and help you create long lasting healthy habits. This has turned into a true passion and I can’t wait to help you reach your goals!
